Minimum requirements: Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration / Public Management / Public Administration / Project Management / Bachelor of Arts in Sociology / Anthropology / Community Development Studies (NQF level 7) or related equivalent qualification and a Nyukela certificate (Pre-entry Certificate to the SMS) submitted prior to appointment.
