Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall account strategy, ensuring alignment with client business goals and delivering measurable impact across campaigns.
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers to achieve excellence in client management, communication, and campaign delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, consultative relationships and ensuring client satisfaction at all levels.
Campaign Oversight: Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization, ensuring quality control and on-time, on-budget delivery.
Performance & Reporting: Review and analyze campaign outcomes, drawing insights to improve strategy and client ROI.
Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting the business development team in driving revenue growth.
Collaboration: Partner with creative, media, and digital strategy teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions.
Operational Excellence: Implement efficient workflows, improve client service standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 - 10 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising, digital, or media agency environment.
Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and leading multi-functional teams.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital media, and integrated campaign management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
