Accountant

Purpose: To serve as personal assistant [PA] Job Responsibilities To research on issues regarding application of generally accepted accounting principles [GAAP] for preparing financial statements and completing regulatory reporting. Financial reporting, preparation and analysis of consolidated accounts Assist in the review of simple organisation's documents and a new deal structure to ensure the accounting is accurate. Preparation of quarterly disclosure to SEC Document accounting policies based on research of GAAP Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields. Certification - Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA etc Experience: 5 years and above of proven accounting experience in the banking sector Other Skills: Strong mastery of accounting software [eg, SAP, ORACLE AND QUICK BOOKS] Advanced Proficiency in Micro Soft excel.
