Requirements Qualifications (Essential) A Minimum Tertiary Qualification or a National Diploma/Degree in the following Sciences: Agricultural management / Crop production Horticulture Environmental Health or Food Technology (Desirable) Experience supervising a team and/ Experience as acting supervisor within the inspections discipline Knowledge (Essential) Relevant acts relating to the regulatory environment PPECB system knowledge, policies and procedures Product knowledge. Technical Skills/ Functional Skills (Essential) Computer Literacy Competency in all major products for the organization and minor products related to the area (Desirable) Conducting technical training and assessing and moderation training Financial acumen Competency Profile: Behavioral (Essential) Deciding and Initiating Action Leading and Supervising Planning and Organizing Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations Adapting and Responding to Change Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives Following Instructions and Procedures (Desirable) Adhering to Principles and Values Persuading and Influencing Analyzing Physical and other Business travel - Locally Good health (ability to distinguishing colour and working at heights and moving around hazardous environments)
