Job Overview
Xaji Gate Service Ltd is seeking a proactive and well-spoken Administrative & Call Support Assistant to join our Nairobi office at Westend Place, Mai Mahiu Road, Nairobi West. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with clients
Use Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Docs to manage and update files
Support the admin team with scheduling, record keeping, and data entry
Prepare simple reports and updates for management
Maintain professionalism in communication and teamwork
Requirements:
Good English accent and clear communication
Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, MS Office)
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn new systems
Lives near Nairobi West or can easily commute to Mai Mahiu Road
Diploma or certificate in Business, IT, or Communication preferred
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
