Administrative Officer - AN- Scale -KMTC 8 - 15 Posts

Duties at this level will include: implementing administrative policies, guidelines and standards; coordinating staff working on the ground, space and office cleaning and ensuring provision of protective gear to minimize health risks; ensuring that office equipment and furniture are well maintained; supervising the general cleanliness of offices on a daily and weekly basis; managing office accommodation and space for staff; managing and allocating rooms to students; maintaining housing inventory; assisting in managing transport and logistics; and maintaining and updating furniture and office equipment inventory. For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Environmental Health or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; Proficiency in computer application.
