AEC Software Growth & Marketing Specialist

About the Role AEC SPOT is looking for a motivated Growth & Marketing Contractor to help grow our software products, BIM services, and user base internationally. The role combines digital marketing, social media growth, content creation, business development, and client outreach. You will work closely with the AEC SPOT team to increase product visibility, attract new users, generate business opportunities, and build relationships with companies within the AEC/BIM industry. Key Responsibilities Create software tutorial videos demonstrating AEC SPOT products and features. Extract screenshots, GIFs, short videos, and other visual content for our software and website. Manage and grow AEC SPOT's social media presence across relevant platforms. Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, user registrations, engagement, and product adoption. Support campaigns aimed at growing our registered user base. Identify and contact companies that may require BIM Modelling Services. Identify and contact companies that may require AEC Software Development Services. Liaise with potential clients and companies to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads. Research potential partners, clients, manufacturers, contractors, consultants, and other AEC industry organisations. Support business development activities, including outreach emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Research competitors, target markets, customer needs, and industry trends. Develop content and campaigns that improve AEC SPOT's online visibility. Support SEO and content marketing activities. Monitor website, social media, and campaign performance. Track leads, user growth, engagement, and other relevant performance metrics. Provide regular reports on marketing, business development, user acquisition, and outreach activities. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can increase AEC SPOT's reach and revenue. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has experience or a strong interest in: Digital marketing and social media growth Business development and lead generation B2B sales and outreach Content creation and software tutorial videos Social media management Client communication and relationship building Lead generation and cold outreach SEO and online marketing Research and market analysis Experience or knowledge of BIM, Revit, architecture, engineering, construction, or the AEC industry would be a major advantage.
