Job Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the company's sales strategy in line with business growth objectives.
Oversee nationwide sales operations, forecasting, territory performance and sales reporting activities.
Drive sales growth through effective distributor management, market penetration and customer relationship management.
Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead, mentor and develop Regional Sales Managers and other senior sales personnel to achieve business targets.
Identify new market opportunities, strengthen strategic customer relationships and ensure effective utilization of CRM and sales management tools.
Major Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related discipline; MBA or relevant Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in senior sales leadership within the FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong Pan-Nigeria Sales Management experience with proven ability to manage multiple regions and nationwide distributor networks.
Demonstrated experience in driving volume growth, market expansion, route-to-market execution and distributor management.
Proven experience managing significant sales budgets, revenue targets and sales performance metrics.
Strong leadership capability, stable career progression and proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams in reputable organizations.
