Job Summary
We are seeking results-driven Animal Feeds Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth across Kiambu, Nairobi Outskirts, Thika, and Murang'a. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and livestock producers, executing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, growing territory sales, supporting collections, and achieving set sales targets. Ideal candidates should have 2 - 4 years of experience in animal feeds or agricultural inputs sales, strong field sales capabilities, and a passion for serving the agricultural sector.
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
2 - 4 years' experience in field sales within animal feeds or agricultural inputs
Strong animal feeds sales background is mandatory
Proven experience in field sales / Route-to-Market (RTM) execution
Experience working with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, or livestock value chains
Strong ability to manage territories, secondary sales, and collections
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Willingness to operate extensively in field-based environments
Valid driving license will be an added advantage
