Assistant Regional Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrable results. Must be resident in Lagos State. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and field sales supervision skills. Excellent knowledge of market development, route-to-market strategies, and distributor management. Ability to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel as required.
