Role: B2B Partnership Manager – Full-time (Remote)
Hours: 12:00 am - 8:00 am SAST
Salary: R23 000 - R33 000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Scope of the Role:

Are you an experienced BDM, account or partnerships manager? Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Partnership Manager to cultivate and strengthen existing B2B relationships, drive new business opportunities, and enhance revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Cultivation and Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Proactively manage and revitalise existing B2B partner relationships, ensuring they progress through deal stages.
  • Engage with partners via multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person, phone, and video) with key decision-makers to advance partnerships.
  • Track and manage partner interactions and deal progress using HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and enhance relationships.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing and potential partnerships.
  • Distribute relevant partnership information to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Manage communication channels efficiently, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop joint campaigns, co-branded content, and cross-promotional activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment and ongoing collaboration.

Partnership Management

  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Identify and address any challenges impacting partnership success.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance the value of existing partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations.

Other Contributions

  • Assist in grant and tender applications by providing accurate partnership-related information.
  • Represent the company at online industry events and conferences to build relationships.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and take initiative in managing partnerships.
  • Continuously improve the B2B partnership program for greater impact.
  • Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking partnership performance.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) for tracking and managing partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
