Job description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience handling customers via phone, chat, and email
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
