Business Analyst

Qualifications and Experience: A relevant degree or formal training in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, DevOps, Product Ownership or a related discipline. A minimum of three years' proven experience in a similar Business Analyst or digital product-focused role. Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience in business analytics, requirements analysis and process improvement. Experience in system design, system enhancements and continuous delivery through DevOps practices. A sound understanding of business operations, systems thinking and team dynamics. Proven experience working collaboratively with technical teams to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the direction, priorities and backlog of digital products and initiatives. Develop and maintain the necessary product documentation and delivery artefacts, including epics, user stories, features and clearly defined requirements. Translate business needs and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that can be effectively delivered by technical teams. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the CIO, Scrum Master and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities and expected outcomes. Lead initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution design through to implementation and user adoption. Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and deliverables. Promote Agile and DevOps best practices, continuous improvement and effective ways of working. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, improve system functionality, reduce risk and maximise the value delivered through technology. Ensure that digital solutions remain aligned with the organisation's strategic vision and evolving business needs.
