Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in oil and gas, engineering or technical services. Proven experience in client acquisition, tendering and contract negotiation. Understanding of engineering projects, procurement and technical service delivery. Strong communication, networking, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Experience monitoring industry developments and upcoming projects to support business growth.
