Cement Plant Process Operator

Job Responsibilities Responsible for on-site operation and patrol inspection of cement production line equipment (raw meal mill, rotary kiln, cement mill and other process equipment). Strictly implement process operation standards, record production data, and ensure stable and standardized production operation. Timely discover and report abnormal equipment operation, process fluctuation and hidden dangers on site, and cooperate with engineers to handle faults. Cooperate with daily production scheduling, quality inspection and process adjustment work to ensure production output and product quality meet standards. Strictly abide by factory safety operation rules and maintain on-site production hygiene and equipment cleanliness. Job Requirements Secondary technical school or college degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial production or related majors. 1-2 years of cement plant production line operation experience is preferred; excellent fresh graduates with production practice experience are acceptable. Familiar with basic production process of cement plant, able to follow technical standards for standardized operation. Hard-working, able to adapt to factory shift work and on-site working environment. Good team cooperation awareness, obedient to production management arrangement.
