Job description
REQUIREMENTS
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
3 years' relevant experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Knowledge of therapeutic diets, food hygiene and safety.
Ability to prepare nutritious meals according to patients' dietary needs.
Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
Valid Food Handler/Medical Certificate.
