Chief Growth Officer

Industry: Legal Technology Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Minimum of 8 years\' experience in senior sales, business development, growth, or commercial leadership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams. Experience building or scaling commercial functions within a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment. Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic business decisions. Familiarity with the legal, professional services, or technology sectors is an advantage. Key responsibilities: Define and execute the company's overall growth strategy across new business, customer expansion, and retention. Lead and scale high-performing sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve the company's growth objectives. Set and monitor revenue targets, growth KPIs, and pipeline performance across the commercial organisation. Identify new markets, industry verticals, strategic partnerships, and other channels for business expansion. Collaborate with product and leadership teams to align growth strategies with the product roadmap and customer needs.
