How You Will Make an Impact

Build the Systems That Elevate Instiglio's Impact (60%): You will architect and drive the next generation of Instiglio's organizational backbone:

AI Integration & Digital Transformation


Lead the design, piloting, and scaling of AI tools that enhance decision-making, team productivity, and service delivery.
Drive organizational AI adoption, capability-building, and change management.
Translate emerging AI opportunities into practical workflows, operating model shifts, and strategic advantages.


Impact Management Systems (with the CIO)


Strengthen how we measure organizational performance, learning, and results.
Design and refine frameworks, tools, and processes that clarify goals, drive alignment, and enable strategic decision-making.


Partnerships Development Systems


Build systems that enhance how Instiglio grows and stewards partnerships across donors, governments, and the private sector.
Develop processes that support pipeline visibility, strategic engagement, and institutional partnerships.


Internal Operating Model Evolution


Lead the integration of AI across our operational systems, piloting and scaling tools that boost productivity and decision-making.
Drive process redesign across people systems, workflows, governance rhythms, and collaboration structures.


Change Management Leadership & Transformation


Drive end-to-end change processes: diagnosing issues, designing solutions, preparing teams, ensuring adoption, and measuring results.
Act as the integrator across teams, ensuring transformation efforts are coherent, sequenced, and embedded in practice.


Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Execution

This is not a strategy-only role. You will personally:


Build tools
Draft frameworks
Run project management
Facilitate alignment
Troubleshoot operational fires
Ensure implementation sticks
You are responsible for seeing things through from idea to execution to sustained adoption.


Serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO (40%): You will enable the CEO to focus on the highest-value priorities and operate at maximum leverage:

Strategic Leadership Support


Structure and prepare CEO engagements with senior leadership, board members, key partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure the CEO's priorities are clearly communicated, resourced, and executed across the organization.


Leadership Rhythm & Governance


Oversee decision-making cycles across the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board:
Design agendas
Synthesize insights
Prepare materials
Ensure follow-through


Interface Management


Manage the flow of information between the CEO and senior leaders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and productive collaboration.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner behind major organizational decisions and conversations.


Strategic Projects


Lead CEO-sponsored special initiatives — especially those at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and systems-building.


Who You Are

Experience


~10 years of relevant experience in:
Organizational transformation & change management
AI or technology implementation in organizations
Systems-building in high-growth or complex environments
Management consulting, public sector reform, or international development
Working closely with senior executives on strategy + execution
Designing and scaling operating models, decision systems, and workflows
