Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning personnel, and ensure consistent service quality. The ideal candidate must have previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to maintain high operational standards. Roles The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating daily cleaning operations. Ensuring quality service delivery across assigned locations. Managing cleaning personnel and promoting team discipline. Maintaining operational standards, safety, and client satisfaction. Ensuring efficient use of cleaning materials and equipment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams. Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily assignments. Inspect completed cleaning tasks for quality and compliance. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity. Train team members on cleaning procedures and safety standards. Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions. Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory records. Resolve client complaints and escalate major issues promptly. Submit regular operational reports to management. Requirements Minimum of OND or HND qualification. Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry. Proven ability to lead and manage cleaning teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet operational targets.
