Key Responsibilities:
Oversee debt recovery processes, including negotiations, restructures, and legal recoveries.
Track portfolio performance and recommend corrective actions to improve portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and debt collection guidelines.
Prepare and present collections and recovery performance reports to management.
Must Have Qualifications:
Proven track record in managing loan recoveries and reducing portfolio at risk (PAR).
Strong understanding of collections processes, credit risk, and recovery strategies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional qualifications in Credit Management or Debt Recovery will be an added advantage.
