Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager Isando, Gauteng

What you'll be responsible for

• Driving monthly and annual sales performance
• Setting clear individual and team targets
• Monitoring results and taking corrective action where needed
• Leading, motivating and developing the sales team
• Coaching sales staff on product knowledge, performance and closing
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Cold calling and opening doors in the commercial vehicle market
• Working closely with Marketing on lead generation
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Reporting on sales performance and market activity

What we're looking for

• Matric / Grade 12
• Around 5 years' experience in a similar sales leadership role
• Proven experience in a high-volume commercial truck / commercial vehicle environment
• Strong sales-management and team-leadership experience
• Proven ability to cold call and generate new business
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• SAP experience
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence and own vehicle
