Job Description Troubleshoot, analyze and repair problems of computer elements. Initiate procurement process for required ICT equipment. Prepare reports on conditions of ICT equipment. Maintenance of computing systems and data communication systems. Troubleshoot software and hardware compatibility issues. Obtain, set and install computer software. Assist the ICT Trainers and Computer Technologists. Supervise and guide students on practical attachments. Installation and configuration of ERP software system. Distribution of procured ICT equipment. Management of ICT equipment inventory. Management and track user work tickets. Create user accounts in the Domain Name Server. Install and configuring antivirus software. Requirements Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution. At least three (3) years relevant work experience. Any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
