Cost Accountant & Inventory Controller (12-Month Contract)

R45 000CTC Job Description Electronics Manufacturing Services in Westmead are seeking a Cost Accountant and Inventory Controller to join their team on a 12-month contract to oversee inventory control, job card management, and logistics operations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or equivalent certifications in Production and Inventory Management. Duties include confirming and closing job cards, analysing work-in-progress (WIP) and production variances, generating daily cost implosion and recalculation reports, managing cycle counts and quarterly stock takes, and maintaining accurate Syspro records while controlling inventory provisions and write-offs. Additionally, the position also requires strong leadership to manage store staff, schedule deliveries, enforce FIFO, cut costs, and handle month-end and year-end financial and gross margin reporting.
