Court Process Server III

Job Purpose This cadre is responsible for Serving court processes and performing legal clerical duties. Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks An officer at this grade will undertake the following duties and responsibilities: Maintaining a register of service of court processes; Processing simple correspondence under the legal registry; Initiating the maintenance and update of the directorate's diary of court matters; Performing administrative and clerical duties; Initiating the preparation of reports and updates on ongoing court matters concerning the Authority; and Participating in legal research to enhance legal services. Knowledge, Experience and qualifications required For appointment to this grade, an officer must have the following Qualifications: Diploma in legal studies; Be registered as a court process server; Valid court process server license; and Proficiency in Computer Applications;
