Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, calls, and messages professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and processes.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely responses.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and interactions.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents and records.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
• Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year experience.
• Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Must have a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer care, administration, or a related role is an added advantage.
