We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a high volume of data in their systems. Your keen attention to detail and accuracy will help ensure our records are consistently reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into the company database.
  • Review and verify source documents for accuracy.
  • Compile, sort, and organize data for reports as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in data management and data cleaning processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize data entry processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
