Deposit Mobilizer / Sales Marketer

Job Description Sourcing and Persuading Customers: Actively seek and persuade individuals and corporate clients to deposit money into fixed bank accounts. Maintaining Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with existing deposit clients to ensure ongoing loyalty. Marketing and Sales: Promote various deposit products, including savings and fixed deposits, and enhance customer experience. Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned deposit mobilization targets and quotas. Financial Education: Educate clients about the importance of saving and investment through workshops and seminars. Identify potential customers and markets to increase sales. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities. Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders. Create and manage promotional materials and campaigns (online and offline). Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and close deals. Organize and participate in events such as trade shows and seminars. Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities. Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and sales techniques. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
