Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to FIFO in stock management and dispatch.
Oversee timely dispatch of customer orders and returns control.
Conduct monthly stock takes and random audits as required.
Manage storage of finished goods and oversee cold chain assets within the depot.
Maintain accurate depot reports, including MIS reports and SAP inputs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the depot.
Monitor and manage labor efficiency, costs, and overall depot performance.
Ensure correct invoicing and posting of relevant stock movements as per company policy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution & Warehousing.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in depot, warehouse, or supply chain management.
FMCG industry experience required; dairy sector experience preferred.
Proficiency in SAP and accounting packages.
