Deputy Principal - Discipline

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee learner discipline and behaviour management. Support the Principal in maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment. Coordinate guidance, counselling and pastoral programmes. Liaise with parents/guardians on discipline and learner welfare matters. Implement CBC requirements in Kiswahili and IRE (teach and assess). REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Education and Leadership preferably with specialisation in Kiswahili and IRE. Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and in good standing. Knowledge and experience in CBC implementation. At least 5 years' relevant teaching experience. including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Experience in handling disciplinary cases and engaging parents/guardians. Strong leadership, classroom management and communication skills.
