Digital Marketer

Skylight Towers Homes & Properties Limited, a growing real estate company specialising in land sales and property investment, is seeking a creative, result-driven and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive land sales.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
• Set up and optimise Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertisements.
• Develop effective strategies to attract prospective land buyers.
• Monitor advertising performance, lead quality and campaign return on investment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert enquiries into actual property sales.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and strategies for increasing revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of proven digital marketing experience.
• Practical experience running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
• Ability to generate quality leads within an agreed advertising budget.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be creative, proactive and target-driven.
