Key Responsibilities


Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives in both asset and liability portfolios.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and service to customers, ensuring a positive banking experience.
Promote Bank Products: Actively participate in product campaigns, ensuring potential and existing customers are well-informed about the bank's offerings.
Engage in Direct Sales Activities: Conduct door-to-door sales to expand the customer base and promote the bank's products and services. Gather Customer Feedback: Solicit and report customer opinions and insights to help improve product offerings and services.
Submit Sales Reports: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports as required.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Relevant Academic Qualification from college /University
Communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and convincingly with customers.
Negotiation skills: You should have techniques for negotiating prices and terms of sales.
Product knowledge: You should have a thorough understanding of the products you're selling.
Customer service skills: You should be able to respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to customers.
Proven sales experience: Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
Interpersonal skills: You should be able to build rapport with customers.
