RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsible for the overall operation and sales growth on key e- commerce platforms like Jumia and Kilimall.
Develop and execute quarterly/annual sales targets, diligently monitoring core metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repurchase rate.
Optimize product listing strategy, pricing, and all promotional activities based on insights derived from sales data.
Plan and execute major promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Mid-Year Sale), coordinating all activities with design, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate both on- platform and external marketing schemes to boost traffic and sales conversion rates.
Maintain brand image across platforms, continuously optimizing product detail pages, store visuals, and the overall user experience.
Follow up on user feedback and meticulously analyze comments and after-sales data to continuously improve product performance and service delivery.
Maintain close communication with headquarters' teams (e- commerce, marketing, and sales) to ensure consistency in pricing and promotional strategies.
Manage inventory and shipping processes, ensuring efficient fulfillment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of e-commerce operations or sales experience.
Familiarity with the backend and promotional tools of mainstream e-commerce platforms.
Sensitive to data, possessing the ability to analyze and optimize strategy.
Passionate about marketing and brand operation, with an interest in the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry.
Preference given to candidates with experience in creativity and content production (copywriting, graphic design, video editing).
