Key Responsibilities
Support senior executives with calendar management, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive briefs.
Maintain records, documentation, trackers, and filing systems.
Develop and update action logs, expense reports, and dashboards.
Support data collation, reporting, and basic analysis for decision-making.
Assist with expense tracking, invoices, audits, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate communication and follow-ups across stakeholders.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in a related field.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in executive or senior administrative support.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with reporting tools and structured documentation.
High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
