EXPATRIATE MILLING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities Oversee rice milling operations, production targets, yield, and product quality. Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown prevention. Participate in plant installation, commissioning, expansion, and modernization projects. Supervise and train milling operators, technicians, and local staff. Monitor inventory, spare parts, production efficiency, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety requirements. Prepare production reports and monitor operational performance. Requirements B.Tech, B.E., Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering. 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in the rice milling industry. Hands-on experience in milling production, maintenance, and shift operations. Proven experience in plant installation, commissioning, equipment erection, and alignment. Strong knowledge of rice milling machinery, paddy quality, milling recovery, and process optimization. Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and reporting skills.
