Experienced Chef

Key Responsibilities Plan and design diverse, high-quality menus (local and/or continental). Prepare meals with strict adherence to food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. Manage kitchen inventory, grocery lists, and stock control. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Requirements 3 - 4 years of proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant or private home. Strong knowledge of food preparation, portion control, and flavour balancing. Relevant culinary training, certification, or equivalent practical background. Good communication and time-management skills. Must live around Ogba, Agege, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja axis.
