Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations of the facility.
Supervise cleaners, technicians, security personnel, and other support staff.
Monitor power supply, generators, water systems, and office utilities.
Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Manage vendors, contractors, and facility service providers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good knowledge of maintenance procedures and workplace safety.
Added Advantage:
Experience working in malls, restaurants, or commercial facilities.
