Factory Manager - Head of Operations

Location: Olodo Cassava Processing Factory Industry: Agro- Processing and Manufacturing Role Summary Lead factory overall operations, with responsibility for production, quality, costs, people, asset reliability and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate production, raw-material supply, maintenance and dispatch. Establish Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food-safety and quality systems. Manage operating budgets, production costs and continuous improvement. Develop the factory team and manage regulatory, supplier and community relationships. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years' manufacturing experience, including five years in senior plant or factory leadership. Demonstrated GMP experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Proven experience in commissioning, plant turnaround or measurable operational improvement. Strong budgeting, people-management and problem-solving skills. Cassava, starch, flour or grain-processing experience is an advantage. Willingness to reside at or near the factory.
