Job description

 

Project & Client Manager Intern helps support the agency’s clients, employees, and business stakeholders, and is responsible for supporting the agency team, building and maintaining long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with clients and supporting our Senior Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed client and agency standards. 


Internship duration is 6 months with an opportunity to extend and grow within the organisation.

 

Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or relevant field is preferential.

Operational

  • Support the Senior Project Manager with day to day operations
  • Provide clients and team members with technical assistance on products and services
  • Support the preparation of weekly reports on account status
  • Assist with implementation of client requests
  • Assist with client research
  • Assist with costing projects
  • Assist with project administration
  • Assist with social media content scheduling
  • Support the internal team to deliver projects successfully
  • Maintain client records
  • Manage multiple tasks as one
  • Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Interest in gaining experience as a Client Manager, Project Manager, Customer Relationship manager in a digital agency, marketing agency, or advertising agency
  • Experience with digital marketing, design, or website project management is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative solutions
  • Excellent writing proficiency skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers)
  • Strong research and problem solving skills
  • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and have a natural tendency to try new things
