Field Sales Executives

Description We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to grow our retail lending business. Key Responsibilities Acquire retailers, merchants, and SME customers. Promote working capital and asset financing solutions. Generate leads through field visits and networking. Support customer onboarding and loan disbursement. Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Requirements 1 - 3 years' experience in field sales, banking, fintech, lending, or FMCG. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven sales.
