KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process invoices, payments, and staff expense reimbursements.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support payroll processing, statutory deductions (NHIF, NSSF, PAYE), and tax filings.
Ensure accurate financial data entry into accounting systems.
Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Support audits and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Perform any other finance-related tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting, and reconciliation. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
