Duties and Responsibilities;
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
control of expenditure Ministries/Departments;
commitments in the initial evaluation and scrutiny of expenditure proposals andcompilation of information required in the budgetary processes;
processing of Medium-Term Expenditure Framework and revised estimates budget;
and taking initial action for the budgeting of donor financed projects, reviewing of financial
implementation of such projects, and monitoring commitments on expenditures. Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
Bachelors' degree in any of the following areas: Commerce (Finance option), Economics, Business Administration, Business Management (Finance option)
Master degree will be an added advantage
