We're looking for a high-performing Finance & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a mission-critical role that goes beyond finance.
You'll manage all financial operations while also owning key back-office systems and compliance workflows.
As a lean, high-output team, we need someone who is proactive, analytical, systems-oriented, and deeply accountable. You'll help ensure our finances are tight, our players are protected, and our operations are bulletproof.
Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end financial operations including bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly management accounts to leadership.
Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records.

Flag suspicious behavior and work with product or compliance teams to tighten systems.
Set up and maintain internal ops tools (e.g., HRS, payroll systems, accounting software).
Assist with vendor onboarding, invoice validation, and payment workflows.
Analyze and report on business outcomes: revenue, user economics, cost of acquisition, payouts, etc.

Finance-First Operator: You're deeply competent in finance but thrive in multidisciplinary environments.
Crypto-Savvy: You're familiar with how wallets, tokens, exchanges, and crypto payments work. You understand the basics of how crypto intersects with compliance, finance, and operational flows.
Execution-Obsessed: You ship. You don't wait for perfect conditions—you move and fix as needed.
Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips past you. You love reconciling transactions down to the last cent.
Systems Thinker: You enjoy making processes more efficient—automating, organizing, and documenting workflows.
Integrity + Discretion: You'll be working with sensitive financial and compliance data and must be trustworthy.
Experience & Skills:
4 - 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ops roles (ideally in a startup or fintech/gaming environment).
Strong experience with financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
Comfortable managing vendors, back-office tools, and legal coordination.
Experience auditing logs, payments, or working with fraud detection is a bonus.
