Required Qualifications & Experience

Academic & Regulatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or a minimum NQF Level 5 qualification
• Successfully completed RE5
• Currently employed in the financial services industry, actively selling long-term insurance products

Industry Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a client portfolio
• Understanding of the full financial planning landscape:
• Risk Planning
• Investments
• Healthcare Solutions
• Banking
• Short-Term Insurance
• Life Assurance
• Estate Planning

Performance Indicators

• Minimum 85% average policy persistency
• Consistent achievement of sales and production targets
• Strong referral and relationship-building capability
• Proven ability to provide holistic financial advice
