Financial Analyst

Loma Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision making across our lending, savings, and digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario models.
• Analyse product, branch, and customer profitability.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial performance insights.
• Support loan and deposit pricing, capital planning, and regulatory reporting.
• Improve reporting efficiency through data analysis and automation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or banking finance.
• ICAN, ACCA, or CFA qualification (completed or in progress).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of banking financial statements and CBN prudential ratios.
• SQL, Power BI, or fintech experience is an added advantage.
