Financial Clerk (3 Month Contract) - Syspro Experience Needed

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations and reporting. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable Assist in reconciling bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports Collaborate with team members to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters Maintain and update financial documentation and filing systems Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations Requirements Proven experience in a financial support role or similar position Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Syspro experience Preferred Qualifications Matric Finance related qualifications
