Forklift Driver

Job Advert Summary Operates a forklift to load, unload, and transport goods safely within a warehouse or distribution centre. Conducts daily equipment checks and ensures accurate handling of stock. Follows health and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Valid Forklift Operator Certificate. At least 1 year experience operating a forklift in a cold store or warehouse environment. Knowledge of cold store or warehouse operations and safety regulations. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good physical health and fitness. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Duties and Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles. Transport goods and materials to designated storage areas. Stack and store products according to warehouse procedures. Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report defects. Ensure stock is handled without damage. Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities. Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures. Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Report accidents, incidents, and equipment malfunctions immediately. Deadline:30th October,2026
