Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist arriving corporate lease clients, cross-country passengers, and cargo-dropping customers with warmth and absolute professional fairness.
Manage the central switchboard; answer inquiries concerning ticket availability, charter pricing, and package tracking status.
Sort and document incoming mail, corporate files, and office packages before sending them to the Cargo/Admin sections.
Maintain an immaculate, quiet, and corporate-standard front office/reception area.
Job Requirements:
OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any social science or humanities discipline.
1 - 3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service environments.
Flawless English communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional presentation.
