We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Respond to emails, messages, and patient inquiries promptly.
Process and send HMO approval requests for patients.
Prepare and manage patient billing and payments.
Receive and direct phone calls appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Ensure proper communication between patients and clinic staff.
Handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and email proficiency.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.
