Vivo Energy Tanzania Graduate Trainee Program

Vivo Energy Tanzania is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our one-year (12 months) Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to learn and grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience, develop essential skills, and contribute to our organization's success. We are looking for individuals who are ready to learn, want to create value, and drive business growth.

We will review the applications and the qualified shortlisted candidates whose educational background and experience match with what we are looking for, will be invited to do an aptitude test. The aptitude test will enable us to assess your eligibility to join our program. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

What we are looking for:

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Background in, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or Petroleum Engineer, Business Administration, Finance and other related fields.
• Strong passion for learning and personal growth, with a desire to reach your full potential.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
