Graduate Trainee – Business Development & Sales

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities Support business development activities, lead generation and client acquisition. Assist in identifying new markets and potential business opportunities. Participate in sales, marketing and customer relationship management activities. Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and reports. Maintain client databases and follow up on prospective customers. Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and strengthen market presence. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop professionally. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. A proactive, adaptable and results-oriented approach to work.
